My mission is to help as many people in my lifetime as I can – especially children!
Many of my patients have told me that I am an amazing healer, doctor, listener…that I’m the best. I have a keen sense of how a body performs and an intuitive ability to read and understand a broad array of health concerns that can affect you and your children.
I am very trustworthy and what I say makes sense! Kids love me; moms and dads think I am a kick; I give every patient my steadfast commitment and I promise to form relationships with you and your family for years to come.
I am a perfectionist when it comes to helping you understand and obtain overall health and wellness for you and your family. I am continually learning and perfecting my skills as a chiropractor, a healer, and I “walk the talk”. It is because of this that I am comfortable in saying that my office and I are simply the best.
When you walk through the doors of our beautiful office, the first thing you will see is a wonderful smile from my assistants. You’ll hear the sound of children giggling as they play in our kid’s play area and feel the “energy” as our patients healing power is turned on! Our patients always tell us that the office “just feels like home.”
As for your examination, it is comprehensive and thorough. It is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. You will learn how your past health and lifestyle have created the health (or lack of health) that you have today. I will explain what is going on with you in a way that is totally understandable.
As a chiropractor with extensive experience in pediatrics and wellness research, Dr. John is committed to promoting health for entire families...especially children. As part of his mission, he works to lead families toward a wellness lifestyle.
Dr. John has been a licensed Chiropractor since 2004 and has taken care of thousands of infants, children and adults to improve the quality of their spines and nerve systems. He is currently completing his 180 hour certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to further his hands-on adjusting techniques for newborns, infants and children as well as to further his education on family wellness.
Webster Technique (for Pregnant Women) http://icpa4kids.com/about/webster_technique.htm Dr. Ferguson is certified to take care of pregnant women through the Webster technique - a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment which corrects subluxation in the sacrum (pelvis). The tense muscles and ligaments in the pelvis, caused by misalignment in the sacrum may lead to constraint in the uterus. When the uterus is torqued and constrained in this manner, it is more difficult for the baby to move into the best possible position for birth. As a result of this specific chiropractic care, the mother’s tense pelvic muscles and ligaments relax, enhancing the physiological environment needed for normal baby positioning.
